The only two software I have that I think could maybe control fans is geforce experience and signal rgb, but both are not being used for that. Does anyone have any idea what it might be? I have tried to find any conflicting software but I cant find anything. My old board is a MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Plus. Since it worked with this gpu in my old pc I thought it may be something to do with the board. I have asked on a few other forums but nobody knows what it might be. The only way to stop it was to set the fan speed to be 50% minimum, but this is audible and I dont want my gpu at 50% while the computer is idle. They then speed up again and do the same thing over and over. If the fan speed is set to anywhere below around 45% speed the fans will speed up, and then stop as if the power had been pulled out.
